Let me make one thing clear: this is a personal, not-for-profit blog. I do not write to sell you anything or to receive any money from companies or other individuals.

However, I am a qualified, freelance NSCA-certified personal trainer – so if you like what I write about in this blog, you may be interested in training with me or getting some personalised advice from me.

Although my own training revolves mainly around Brazilian jiu jitsu, I have had experience with running, strength training, kickboxing, Thai boxing, and dabbled in powerlifting. As part of my qualification, I am able to create programmes for various goals, including weight loss, weight gain, strength, cardiovascular fitness, sport-specific training, and general health and wellbeing.

I also offer slightly better prices for block-bookings of 10 sessions or more, and I offer group training sessions. Mention Great Vegan Expectations for 10% off!
