“So where do you get your protein?”
You’ll hear every vegan say it but I’ll say it again: protein is not a problem on a vegan diet. However, for the sake of convenience and for keeping carbs down, I do choose to supplement with a protein shake. And of course, I love an excuse to eat a protein chocolate bar.
I haven’t had much experience yet with supplementation other than basic protein shakes – not that there’s a huge amount of other vegan options out there – so these pages are very much a work in progress.
