While I have a clear aim and mission for this blog – to inspire and help other vegans, or anybody else in that matter, reach their health and fitness goals – I will very much be welcoming any feedback, suggestions and questions.

If you check out my “About” section, hopefully you will find that I am someone you can relate to – unless you are an expert in veganism or fitness!
